Return refund replacement

Our company adheres to a 10-day return policy, allowing customers ten days from the item's receipt to request a return/refund. We have a strict policy that requires video proof of the product being opened upon receiving the product order. Once your order is eligible for a return, we will happily initiate a refund or exchange for the same.

Eligibility of a product for a return/refund

- There is a video proof of the product being opened upon receiving the order.
- If a product is faulty.
- If the package is already open.
- The product is unused and has all its original tags.

How to initiate the Return/Refund process

- Contact us at mailto:care@varozi.in and raise a request for a return while also mentioning the order details, including ( Order ID, Customer Name, Contact Info), the reason for returning the package, and video proof of the order being opened upon receiving.
- After your return request is accepted, you will be provided with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the return package.
- In the case of COD( Cash On Delivery ), please send us your bank details in the mail so that the refund amount can be sent directly to the bank account.

PLEASE NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive the package, we will initiate the return/refund process, and you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method opted within ten business days. In the case of COD, please send us your bank details in the mail, so the refund amount can be sent directly to the bank account.

PLEASE NOTE/EXCEPTIONS: It can take some time for the refund payment to be reflected in your account; please be patient throughout the process. In case more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return/refund, please contact us at mailto:care@varozi.in.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a strict policy that requires video proof of the product being opened upon receiving the product order. Once your order is eligible for an exchange, we will happily initiate the exchange process.

- After your exchange request is accepted, you will be provided with an exchange shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the return package.
- Upon receiving the package, we will initiate the exchange of the same product with a fresh piece of the same product.

PLEASE NOTE/EXCEPTIONS:
If the item for which the order was placed is out of stock, then we will exchange it with another item of the same value.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case you have placed an order with us and wish to cancel it. Please initiate the cancellation process within 24 hours of placing your order. Your order will not be eligible for cancellation if the 24 hour time period since the order was placed is extended.

How to initiate the cancellation process:

- To initiate the cancellation process contact us at care@varozi.in and raise a request for a cancellation while also mentioning the order details including ( Order ID, Customer Name, Contact Info, Receipt), the reason for cancellation. Once your cancellation request is approved, your order will be canceled.

In case the order is prepaid: We will initiate the refund process as soon as the order is approved for cancellation, and you'll be automatically refunded the order value on your original payment method opted within ten business days.
